Precision extrusions, engineered in-house from melt to certificate.
Melting, billet casting, die making, extrusion, ageing, finishing and testing under one roof — so every bundle we ship is traceable to its billet lot, die and test certificate.
Extruding aluminium the way it should be done.
Nexus Aluminium Private Limited is an aluminium extrusion manufacturer at Sultanpura, on the Kayavarohan – Dabhoi Road in Vadodara district, Gujarat. The plant was built around a single principle: every step that decides the quality of an extruded profile should sit under one roof and under our own control.
We melt and cast our own billets in a 5 MT furnace, our tool room designs and cuts the dies, our 1,100 MT press runs the profile, and our laboratory signs off chemistry, mechanical properties and dimensions before anything leaves the gate.
Extruded profiles awaiting ageing and inspectionOne press, many sectors
From building façades to solar farms, our profiles go wherever light weight, strength and finish matter.

Heat sinks, machine frames, enclosures, transport & structural profiles.
View range →Solar
Anodised module frames, mounting rails, clamps and posts.
View range →Standard
Round/square tubes, flat, square & round bars, angles, channels.
View range →Own billets
Melted and cast in-house in a 5 MT furnace — chemistry confirmed by spectrometer before casting.
Own dies
In-house tool room takes a new section from drawing to first trial in days, not weeks.
Own laboratory
Tensile, hardness, dimensional and coating tests batch-wise; the certificate travels with the bundle.
Full traceability
Bundle tag → billet lot, die number, press log, ageing charge, inspection record.
A supply chain with no blind spots
Because every step sits under our own roof, we know exactly what chemistry went into every log, which die ran it, how it was aged and what the lab measured. When you ask why a batch behaved the way it did, we answer from our own records — not from a supplier's.

Questions customers ask
Anything else — call +91 81605 99817 or write to info@nexusaluminium.com.
Can you extrude a custom section from my drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing (DWG/PDF) to info@nexusaluminium.com. Our tool room reviews feasibility, quotes die cost and lead time, and cuts the die in-house.
What is the largest section you can make?
Anything that fits inside a 180 mm circumscribing circle on our 1,100 MT press — e.g. 100×100 square tube, Ø110 round tube, 150×50 rectangular tube, 175×6 flat bar. Lengths up to 6,500 mm.
Which alloys and tempers do you offer?
6060, 6063, 6063A, 6005, 6005A, 6061, 6082, 6101, 6351 and 6463 in T4, T5 and T6. Other series (1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 7075) to order.
Do you supply test certificates?
Every batch ships with a test certificate covering chemistry, tensile, proof stress, elongation and hardness, traceable to billet lot and die number.
What finishes are available?
Mill, anodised (natural/bronze/black), powder coated and wood finish. Coating thickness and adhesion are checked every batch.
Have a section in mind?
Send us the drawing — our tool room replies with feasibility, die cost and lead time.
