Maximum sizes currently extrudable on our 1,100 MT press. Wall thickness on tubes and hollows is set to suit the section.

Mill, anodised, powder coated & wood finish
Mill finish
As-extruded, for fabrication or further processing by the customer.
Anodised
Natural, bronze and black; coating thickness checked every batch to IS 1868, sealing to IS 5523.
Powder coated
Architectural polyester powders; thickness and adhesion tested every batch to AAMA 2603/2604 and ASTM D3359.
Wood finish
Sublimation wood-grain finishes on powder-coated base for doors, windows and interiors.
Anodising and powder coating add to the finished dimension and are allowed for at the die stage where the customer specifies the finish.
